Istanbul, Cappadocia and the Aegean and Mediterranean coasts offer very different activities. Check the district and meeting point rather than relying on a province name. Kaş is not Antalya city, and Bodrum is not Fethiye.

Know what the price includes

Pottery and crafts
Check the session duration and the time needed for drying or firing. Ask whether you can collect the finished piece before leaving, or whether shipping is offered and what it costs.
