Information you provide
An inquiry includes your name, phone number, contact preference and, if provided, email, preferred date and message. We use it to record and follow up your request and help the host contact you. Your request is handled by ATOLYO and the relevant host; do not include sensitive personal information in your message.
Site usage and service providers
ATOLYO uses Supabase for data services and Vercel for hosting. Resend delivers service emails. Sentry helps diagnose technical errors. Optional analytics on the English site uses PostHog after consent. We use service providers to operate these features.
Security and abuse prevention
Connections use HTTPS. Inquiry abuse controls use a hashed IP address and browser information. No internet transmission can be guaranteed completely secure.
Your choices
You can browse without sending an inquiry and decline optional analytics. Use Cookie settings in the footer to change your analytics preference.
Your information rights
Contact info@atolyo.com to ask about personal information we hold, its purpose, correction or deletion, or to raise an objection about automated processing. Requests are handled under the applicable data-protection rules, including Turkey’s KVKK.
